Data stays in the EU

What you enter — text, images, ideas — is not used for AI model training. Contractually guaranteed.
Deletable anytime
Conversations, images, generated content — you can delete it all yourself. Backups are removed in accordance with GDPR.
Encrypted at-rest and in-transit
Data is stored encrypted on disk (AES-256) and transmitted exclusively via TLS 1.3.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are my data sent to OpenAI / Anthropic / Google?+
If you choose a US model like GPT-4 or Claude, your queries are forwarded to the respective provider. However, we exclusively use enterprise API endpoints with training opt-out and EU data routing where available. EU-native models (Mistral, Llama, etc.) stay within the EU.
Can I restrict model selection to EU models?+
Yes. In settings you can enable only EU-hosted models. The model pilot also picks only from this list then.
What happens to my data when I cancel?+
You can export all data (JSON) before cancellation. After contract end, your conversations and content are completely deleted within 30 days — including backups.
Am I GDPR-compliant as a freelancer when I enter customer data?+
On request, we provide a data processing agreement (DPA). More on this under "For Freelancers".
