HOVIGuard curates a catalogue of currently more than 100 models from various providers (premium and mid-tier). Which models are currently enabled is shown by the platform; the list can change as providers adjust or add models.

Where is my data processed?+

HOVIGuard hosts the platform on EU servers in Austria. When you use an external model (e.g. from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), your requests are forwarded via enterprise endpoints with training opt-out to the respective provider. How ChatGPT Plus handles data is governed by OpenAI's terms — the currently valid terms can be found in OpenAI's documentation.

Are my inputs used for AI model training?+

With HOVIGuard, training use of your inputs is contractually excluded. How the training behaviour of ChatGPT Plus (with/without data opt-out) works in detail can change — the currently applicable settings can be found in your OpenAI account or OpenAI's documentation.

Do I get a VAT invoice as a freelancer?+

Yes — you register your VAT-ID in HOVIGuard and receive a monthly invoice with itemized VAT. Via OpenAI, a VAT invoice is usually also possible — the exact requirements should be clarified directly with OpenAI.
