Web search switch per company
Admins turn web search on or off for their company. The default is off. A warning appears before switching it on, because a web search may send parts of a request to search services outside the EU.
Blocklist: the strictest rule wins
If several terms in a message match, the strictest rule applies. Blocking beats masking and asking. Masking is kept after the pattern check.
Model choice is checked on the server
The server checks which model a request may use against the catalogue and the company's approvals. Attachment file names are limited and not passed to the model.
EU models only
Models without EU processing can no longer be imported, and the option for non-EU models has been removed.
Image generation via EU routes, GPT Image
Image models run through EU connections, now including GPT Image 2 and 2.5 via a direct EU route.
Prompt contents in the log can be switched off
Companies decide whether the full text of requests is stored in the log. Without access rights, contents stay hidden.
Images in chat: your IP stays in the EU
External images are loaded through our server so users' IP addresses are not sent to third-party servers.
Security review completed
All critical, high and medium findings from an internal security review were fixed, with automated tests.
