How quickly are new models integrated?+
New models are usually added to the catalogue shortly after they become available at the EU provider. The exact timeframe depends on the model, the connection and a short internal review. Details are communicated in the platform release notes.
What is the benefit of multi-model access?+
Multi-model access can help to pick the right model per task — e.g. a cost-efficient one for routine work and a more capable one for complex research. This usually reduces the need for several separate subscriptions and simplifies central administration.
Do I need a separate contract per model?+
No. The models are bundled via the EU provider and usable via a single contract with HOVIGuard. Separate contracts with the individual model providers are usually not required for standard usage.
What happens when a model is deprecated?+
When a provider deprecates a model, we communicate this in the release notes and suggest suitable successor models. Existing chats usually remain readable; new requests are routed to an available model.
