Which AI models does HOVIGuard use for video generation?+
Currently Google Veo 3.1, Veo 3 and Amazon Nova Reel -- all routed via the EU. Model Pilot picks the right model automatically, or you select manually per request.
How long does video generation take?+
Depending on model and length between 30 seconds and around 5 minutes. Generation runs asynchronously -- you can close the tab and get a push notification when the video is ready.
How long are generated videos stored?+
Default retention is 7 days. All deletion rules are transparent in the workspace — you can export videos as MP4 any time before they expire.
Are my prompts or videos used for model training?+
No. All EU-routed providers have contractually committed to not using prompts or outputs for training. The agreements are documented in the data processing addendum (DPA).
What resolution are the generated videos?+
Default resolution is 720p (1280x720). Higher resolutions available depending on model. Maximum clip duration is currently 8 seconds with Veo 3, 6 seconds with Nova Reel.
What does video generation cost?+
On the Pro plan, video generations are covered by the fair-use budget. After usage you are charged transparently as overage, between EUR 0.40 and EUR 1.80 per clip depending on model.
Are generated videos free for commercial use?+
Yes, commercial use is permitted according to the respective model licence. HOVIGuard also checks for brand, person and trademark conflicts before generation and blocks problematic prompts.
How is data protection ensured during video generation?+
Prompts and outputs run via EU servers, inputs are filtered by the MultiLayer Data Shield before generation (PII detection, brand check). Each generation job receives an audit entry for GDPR evidence.
