How does central approval work?+
A Company Admin role manages users, teams and approved models per tenant. On top of that, policies for PII detection, upload types and NSFW filtering can be configured per group. The available options depend on the booked plan.
Which roles are involved?+
Typical roles include Superadmin (platform operation), Company Admin (tenant administration) and users. Depending on the plan, further roles such as team leads or read-only auditor access can be added. Details on the concrete split are visible in the admin interface.
How are employees invited?+
Invitations are usually sent by email, optionally as a bulk import via CSV. When accepting, employees verify their address and are automatically assigned to the tenant.
Can models be approved per team?+
Yes, approved models can be controlled at tenant level and, depending on the plan, granularly per group. A research team may, for instance, be granted a wider model catalogue than a support team.
How are permissions enforced?+
For each request, role, team assignment and approved models are evaluated before the request is sent to the model. The outcome of this check is captured together with metadata in the audit trail.
Can central approval be linked with SSO?+
An SSO or SCIM integration can be possible depending on plan and setup. Concrete integration topics can be clarified in the demo or as part of an enterprise request.
